Your Works Cited Page
A requirement of your informative speech is that you draw information from at least three credible sources and cite those sources in your speech. Your works cited page will list the sources that you cited in your speech. Each source will be listed using current MLA format.

Formatting Your Works Cited Page
For the Informative Speech works cited page you will need
- The works cited page as its own page
- An MLA-style stacked heading
- Only the sources that you integrated and cited (mentioned by author and/or title) in your speech listed on the works cited page
- The sources alphabetically - do not number them
- Entries double-spaced within and between
- Hanging indents for entries that extend past one line
- The title - Works Cited - centered at the top
Speaker Support
The last requirement of your informative speech is to have no more than 5 speaker support slides. The slide will provide a visual background for your speech. The image should be general enough to relate to the topic of your speech as a whole. Think images, not text. The slides are to support that speaker not replace him or her.
Submit your speaker support to Google Classroom for easy access during your speech.
